wellbeing programmes for families

Our family wellbeing challenge programme takes parents and families through a series of challenges that help to build confidence and resilience.  We introduce families to opportunities in their communities for engaging with a range of activities to sustain healthier, more active and, importantly, more enjoyable and fulfilling lives.
The programme works with groups of ten to twelve families for an extended period of up to 12 months.
