Five ways to wellbeing group challenges

Take Notice: Go out for a walk - a favourite one or somewhere new.  Take notice of the details.  If you have a camera or a phone, take photos close-framed to highlight details and patterns.

Keep Learning: Say Hello in languages from around the World

Give:  Write or make a card to give to someone in the community who has been supportive to you or to others during this year.  It could be the postman, the people in the corner shop, the GP surgery - or someone you know personally.

Be Active: Try to keep count of the distance you walk  up to our next session.   We'll add them up and see how far we have walked together.

Connect: Is there someone you have lost contact with over the years? Or someone you know will be alone during lockdown?  Why not try and find a way to make contact again?  Facebook, phone, email, text, WhatsApp, Twitter, Instagram, Skype, Zoom.... or old fashioned snail mail
