Online courses
During Covid-19 we moved some of our wellbeing courses online and delivered them via Zoom. These proved very successful particularly with people who had become anxious about leaving their homes. Part of their success was undoubtedly due to the social interactions between tutors and participants.
This was something we wanted to try and recreate when we came to designing our video courses. We didn't want them to be just a 'talking head' telling you what was good for you. Instead we chose to go with a 'day time TV' style of introduction with two of our tutors starting each session with a practical activity followed by a chat on the couch.
We also include a guided task in each session so that participants can explore the ideas and experiences for themselves before we return to a more in depth look at the theory behind each session.
We hope people enjoy our courses and find them helpful, practical and fun ways to improve wellbeing.
