WELLBEING CHALLENgeS

Wellbeing Challenges provide opportunities for our course participants to put their new skills into action in their every day lives in their local community.

The challenges are framed around the 5 Ways to Wellbeing: Keep Learning, Give, Take Notice, Be Active, Connect.

They are introduced through fortnightly sessions for parents beginning with a session about the 5 Ways to Wellbeing.

Part of each challenge is for the parents.  Through these challenges parents will not only be able to improve their wellbeing but will develop skills and experience that will help them access opportunities for learning and employment.

The other part of each challenge is led by the parents and will involve their whole family.  These challenges give the parents a leading role in guiding positive family experiences.
