This is a list of the session topics covered in the parent course. There are 4 main sections of the course.
- Resilience sessions introduce the parents & carers to the Bounce Forward materials that the young people will be learning. This enables the parents and carers to support the young people in their learning.
- Understanding Wellbeing is about how to manage our own health and make positive changes
- Family dynamics is about applying the learning about resilience and wellbeing to family situations
- Community project is about finding opportunities to contribute to the local community
