Parent/carers programme

Parents and carers take part in 6 full day weekly sessions at the start of the programme.  These aim to introduce the resilience course that the young people will be following as well as being a chance to try out some activities for yourselves.
It's a great way to meet other parents and carers, have a chat and share the joys and challenges of life.

After the residential, there are 15 more fortnightly sessions.  You will find out more about resilience, self care and the 5 Ways to Wellbeing as well as trying out some more activities.  The last 5 weeks will be focussed on a community action project.

Parents and carers sometimes suggest resources and activities that they have come across that might be useful for others.
Details of these are on the Resources Suggested by other parents and carers page
