Our Resilient Thinking course will keep you in a positive frame of mind by developing your skills to deal effectively with life's everyday difficulties.  
In Fine Fettle will help you boost and sustain your wellbeing by strengthening your understanding of how to manage your own wellbeing.

In these 5 week courses we share practical, and fun, activities to help you achieve your goals. Each session includes a video introduction, guided tasks and follow up activities and a section that helps you develop a more in-depth understanding.

Families United  

This is an exciting new 3 month course for parent/carers and families.  Our first course starts in October 2024.  If that is too soon for you then there are other courses starting in January and April 2025.

​We are specialists in providing projects and long-term support for families with children who are experiencing emotional wellbeing issues. 
We provide wellbeing and resilience courses tailored to the needs of individual groups, in the workplace or community, delivered either in person or online.
