What You Can Expect

Once you have made contact we will arrange with you a suitable time to talk to us either by phone or in person.  This gives you an opportunity to explain to us all about the problem or issue you are trying to sort out.

We can help you to plan how you are going to deal with the situation and help you with communication skills, confidence and how to give yourself the best chance to achieve positive outcomes.

These are skills that will not only help you deal with your current issues but can help you manage issues and relationships going forward.

Who Asks For Help and What Sort of Problems?

Parents and carers and individual adults have been helped by this programme.
Issues have included lack of confidence in dealing with services such as schools and health, family relationships and managing difficulties with young people.
