.When life gets busy and stressed it is all too easy to get 'tunnel vision' and stop noticing things around us.

Photography is accessible to everyone these days - and the perfect medium for 'taking notice'. 

Take your camera or phone with you when you go out for a walk.  Try focussing on the details of what is around you.  Look for patterns and textures
