moving on tyne and wear

Our course for Moving On Tyne & Wear has seven online sessions. Participants will be invited via Zoom link.

Session One
This is a one hour introduction to the course, the tutors and the support resources

Sessions Two to Six
These are two hour sessions.  Each session will start by looking at one of the Five Ways to Wellbeing.  We will then look at the main topic of the week.  These include topics on understanding wellbeing and resilience.  The session will end with a look at support resources that are available online.

Session Seven
This is a one hour session to round up the learning and review the course.

Course 2 (Thursdays at 11.30am - except first session which starts at 12.00)
