About Wellbeing Challenge

Wellbeing Challenge CIC is a not-for-profit, community interest company based in South Tyneside.

We are specialists in providing support for families with children who are experiencing emotional wellbeing issues, whose behaviour is causing concern or who are potentially at risk.

You can get in touch with us at any time by using our email or contact form or by ringing Nick on 07377 150905 to find out how we can help you.

As well as individual support, we run innovative and life-changing Wellbeing Challenge courses for families and adult groups which combine the challenge of outdoor activities with training in core resilience skills.

Our aim is to help people of all ages to develop the skills needed to enable them to bounce back from the challenges of everyday life and to make sustainable improvements in their wellbeing.

Our team of staff and volunteers are highly qualified, trained and experienced in working with adults, families, children and young people.  We have expertise in teaching resilience, health, sports, creative arts and outdoor activities.
